Carpet Cleaning for $99.00

Steam Boss Inc. utilizes a 6 Step Residential DEEP Cleaning Process.

This Includes some steps that other companies may charge extra for or just DON’T do….

1. Pre-Inspection: We perform a thorough inspection of all areas to be cleaned. The inspection process helps insure that we select the right cleaning/treatment plan that best fits our customers needs.

2. Pre-vacuuming: We vacuum carpeting using a powerful commercial vacuum to help remove debris and damaging dry soil. This important step is totally omitted by many other cleaning companies.

3. Preconditioning Treatment (for soil): We apply the appropriate state-of-the-art Preconditioning Agent to the ENTIRE area to be cleaned. This treatment breaks the bond between the soil and the carpet fibers ensuring a deeper more complete clean. Some companies just apply a preconditioning agent only to the visible spots, which is a cost cutting measure. Some charge for this step or omit it all together!

4. Machine Scrubbing: Machine scrubbing is performed where needed. This important step provides much needed agitation and also helps to remove embedded hair, dirt and grime. Many companies charge extra for this step, if they even offer it.

5. Hot Water Extraction (aka Steam Cleaning): Powerful Commercial Truck-mounted Equipment is utilized. In order to ensure your carpet stays cleaner longer, we utilize a special acidic rinse agent.

6.Quality Control Post Cleaning Inspection is performed. Carpet grooming performed upon request.

Service area must be within 10 miles of Palm Harbor FL (added charges will apply for areas further than 10 miles). One area is considered any single use room up to 200 square feet. Unused square footage in any area, cannot be transferred to another area.

Combination Rooms such as living/dining room will be counted as 2 areas. There will be extra charges for over-sized rooms. Stairs and halls will be charged separately. There may be extra charges for heavy soil beyond the norm and for cleaning areas with difficult access (such as, but not limited to 3rd floor and above). Extra charges will apply for Pet Stain/Urine, Heavy Odor and Complex Stains not removed by the normal cleaning process. We reserve the right to refuse service on any job. There is a $99.00 minimum for any single service visit.
